A curated and enriched dataset of nanoparticle (NP)–plant interactions. The dataset, originally compiled from literature by Deng et al. (2023), was further refined and enriched with atomistic descriptors of the NPs, calculated using the NanoConstruct tool [https://enaloscloud.novamechanics.com/riskgone/nanoconstruct/]. Each NP treatment is labelled as either “Positive” or “Negative,” indicating an increase or decrease, respectively, in root length, shoot length, or overall plant length compared to the control sample following NP exposure.
